Seriously though, she isn't even 5 yet!!!! She grabbed my ipod from my desk and went out on the deck this am to chill ;-) She loves music and is just a riot. I love her so so much!

Yesterday was a gorgeous day! I love this time of year here. The grass gets nice and green and the pool is ready to swim in. You can break out tank tops and shorts and sundresses...It is by far my favorite time.

These are of Sydney she was just having fun and I was snapping away.

These are with my new lens...don't judge the lens on these though! I am totally getting used to it and need more practice with it. I love the sharpness of it though already. You can see the water droplet on Syd's arm from the hose and all the texture on the stucco behind her.

Hmmm...no idea why my pictures are jumbled everywehre!

Anyway....I bought this from an online friend last year when I found out I was having a boy. I wasn't sure we would even get to wear it since it is 12 months and summer is fast approaching. However, living in MA, we are in a cold spell with highs in the 50's and rain, so I pulled it out for Jacob. He looked adorable. The pants were a little long and he did not want to keep on the jacket/vest part, but I loved it on him and had to take a few pictures.

On another note, Sydney completed preschool yesterday and we had her end of the year program last night. I took pictures and video clips. She has made such amazing gains in the last 2 years I am so so proud of her!

These pictures were shot super quickly when I had Sydney try on another Matilda Jane halter that came. If you are new to my blog then I might as well just tell you up front. I love to shop for clothes for Sydney and the boys. I discovered Matilda Jane last year and have not been able to control myself when it comes to her designs. She just had an online art fair, where she had many new designs but in limited numbers. I was able to order several items that you will see on here as the orders trickle in. This is the Deer ol Ellie and I love it! Ellie is her halter style and they all have such cute names! I also have the Ellie at Play coming which I will be sure to feature when it comes. Lighting and focus on these were not good...I used manual focus, which I am def. not up for yet. I will stick to autofocus for the forseable future!

Jacob loves to look at books...or destroy them ;-) Then he crawls away to leave no eveidence that it was infact him that did the damage. And with that innocent face who would even suspect him?!

Miss Sydney before school. This is her last week of school! I am so so sad for her. She loves school and says how much she is going to miss her teachers and friends. She will be going to a new school in the fall too. I am sad because I adore her current teachers. She has been with them for 2 years and they have taught her to read and write and do addition and subtraction and basically just an amazing foundation. Most importantly though, they have given her a love of learning which I hope she never loses.

No idea what happened to the middle pictures color, but I couldn't resist using it anyway, I love how happy he looks! I can't believe how fast he is growing. He is almost 10 months! Wahhhh!

We went to the spray park today and had such a blast! The bigger kids were not timid at all. They just loved it. Jacob just washed them though since it was a little cold and windy. As you can see though, he didn't mind one bit.

Another first for Baby J, his first time in the little baby pool. Actually any pool. He loved it, which was no surprise. He has always loved his bath too.

We received our first Matilda Jane art fair order, and even though it was 85 degrees outside, we still had to try it on! Don't mind Sydney's hair, it was after school and they had matched her school outfit. ;-)

This is just my favorite picture from the beach. His little baby feet melt me. He always has that big toe up in the air like that and it brings a smile to my face every time I see it.

Jacob's first time on the beach. He loved it. He crawled all around and didn't even try to eat the sand. He would have stayed all day but it was windy today so we limited his beach time. ;-)

We went down to visit Mark's Mom down in Humarock. When we left our house it was 73 degrees, by the time we arrived at the beach it was not even 60! Brrr...We didn't let it stop us though and still ventured down to the beach.
